For all USA orders all products that we sell come with a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. Simply return your purchase to us, and we will promptly issue a credit or exchange. All International Sales 30 days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any return fees whatsoever. It is important that you contact us for a Return Authorization, prior to shipping any product back to us. All returns must be in brand new UN-MOUNTED condition, with the original packaging. 15% re-stocking fee applies to any return with damaged or missing product box, accessories or original packing material. Any scopes that are retuned that have been mounted will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. The Scope box must not be missing any UPS codes/stickers. If they are the return will not be accepted.
ANY AND ALL Defective scopes must be sent to Steiner USA NOT to Direct Brands, LLC. Please call Steiner USA at 888-228-7747 for reapir or replacement.
It is important that you contact us for a Return Authorization, prior to shipping any product back to us. The binoculars, accessories as well as all packaging material including the original Steiner binocular box must be in BRAND NEW condition. All accessories, packing material, including plastic packaging, as well as all documentation must returned with the binoculars in the original box. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, solely at our determination. All returned binoculars must be re-evaluated at the factory by a technician for quality no matter how short or long they were in the custody of the end customer. Your credit card will be refunded after the evaluation has been completed. Allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
